When will I receive my order?
Please note, at this time, the processing time for orders is currently two to three months before shipping. We will reach out with information as soon as it is ready.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
All orders will be shipped via FedEx, and the prints shipped rolled in a 4 x 4 x 50-inch tube. If shipping internationally, they will travel via DHL.
Will I be able to track my order?
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order is ready to ship, which includes the FedEx tracking number. Please ensure you enter the proper email address at checkout in order to receive the confirmation.
Do I need to sign for the package upon delivery?
We do not ask Fedex for direct signatures, if you would prefer to sign for the package, please let us know and we will add a note to your order.
Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?
Check payments are not accepted. We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit cards. If ordering a custom order, we will make an invoice for you that is payable online using the same methods.
I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Absolutely! Please email us with your address at shop@bobartlett.com so that we may provide a custom quote. The customer will be responsible for paying any VAT, customs, or duties.
What do I do if the print and packaging are torn or damaged? What happens if FedEx loses my print?
Please notify us directly if your print is lost or damaged in transit so we may file a claim with FedEx through the studio and replace the print. Please send photos of the damage, including the packaging. We are not responsible for damages incurred after the print is safely delivered, we recommend bringing the tube directly to your framer to open as the paper is very delicate and requires precise handling.
Can I order a custom print of a painting not listed on the print page?
Yes! Please feel free to reach out to shop@bobartlett.com with the painting you are interested in having a print of, and we will see if we can work with you on your request. Please let us know what dimensions you are interested in.
Can you tell me more details about the qualities of the print?
The prints are created by a renowned local print shop Mastercraft Workshop using museum-quality inks and pH-neutral (acid-free) paper ensuring they are archival. The paper has a matte finish, is 100% Cotton Rag, and the appearance is velvety smooth with deep rich colors.
Why are there two sizes listed?
The image size is the dimensions of the image, and the paper size is the dimensions of the paper, creating a white border around the image. Bo signs and numbers in this margin at the bottom of the print.
What does the marking on my print mean?
All of Bo’s Limited-Edition prints are hand-signed and numbered out of 250. If you order a custom print, it will be hand-signed and marked AP which means “Artist Proof”. DP means “Donation Print”, this print was donated to an institution, individual, or a fundraiser.
Do you recommend any framers or frames? Do I need to Matte?
We recommend working with your local professional framer on what they have available. The prints are often framed with or without a matte. We recommend Kara at The Cat's Meow if you are local to Columbus, Ga.
Do you offer any discounts?
